§ 488. Reporting. Each business entity participating in this program\nshall submit a performance report to the department at a time prescribed\nin regulations by the commissioner. The commissioner shall on or before\nApril first, two thousand twenty-three and every quarter thereafter\nuntil program funds are fully expended, submit a report to the governor,\nthe temporary president of the senate, the speaker of the assembly, the\nchair of the senate finance committee, and the chair of the assembly\nways and means committee, setting forth the activities undertaken by the\nprogram. Such report shall include, but not necessarily be limited to,\nthe following in each reporting period to the extent such information is\navailable: total number of participants approved and the economic\ndevelopm
