§ 478. Reporting. Each business entity participating in this program\nmust submit a performance report to the department at a time prescribed\nin regulations by the commissioner. The commissioner shall on or before\nApril first, two thousand twenty-two and every quarter thereafter, until\nprogram funds are fully expended, submit a report to the governor, the\ntemporary president of the senate, the speaker of the assembly, the\nchair of the senate finance committee, and the chair of the assembly\nways and means committee, setting forth the activities undertaken by the\nprogram.
