§ 940-A — Food and lodging for certain jurors
§ 940-a. Food and lodging for certain jurors. When so ordered by the\ncourt in a county wholly included within the city of New York, the court\nshall provide food and lodging for jurors kept together pending a trial\nand their deliberation thereon anywhere in the city of which such county\nis a part, and the cost thereof, not exceeding twelve dollars per day\nper juror, shall be a county charge.\n
