§ 826. Regional markets. The board of supervisors of a county located\nwithin any regional market district heretofore or hereafter created by\nlaw may purchase, acquire, or accept by gift lands for regional market\npurposes. Such lands may be situate anywhere within such regional\ndistrict. Adequate appropriations may be made for the erection of\nnecessary buildings, improvements, market facilities and equipment. The\nboards of supervisors of the counties within such district may agree\nupon the sharing in the cost of such sites, buildings, improvements,\nmarket facilities and equipment and the title shall be taken in the name\nof the county where situate. Such improvements shall be deemed for the\nbenefit of the sharing counties in proportion to their respective\ncontributions. The purc
