Text

§ 660. Services on behalf of the state. All fees or other form of\ncompensation audited and paid by the state comptroller for services\nrendered to the people of the state including a reasonable allowance for\nremoving persons from state and Indian lands, shall be the property of\nthe county. All disbursements incurred in connection with such service\nwhen not a proper county charge shall be audited by the state\ncomptroller and paid to the sheriff of the county.\n
