§ 527. Special court clerks. The board of supervisors shall authorize\nthe appointment by the county clerk of such special court clerks\nincluding naturalization clerks as may be necessary for the courts of\nrecord sitting in the county to function properly. Special court clerks\nshall have the same powers and duties as the county clerk for the\ntransaction of business at court sessions attended by them.\n
