§ 224-a. Elimination of noxious weeds. The board of supervisors of any\ncounty may appropriate and expend such sums as it may deem proper for\nthe elimination of noxious weeds within the county.\n The moneys hereby authorized to be appropriated and spent may be\nexpended in such manner as the board of supervisors may determine,\nincluding personal service, maintenance and operation, or by contract or\ncontracts for the purposes herein enumerated.\n
