§ 205-a. Certain pilot projects. Any county operating a county\nhospital employing physicians and dentists pursuant to a pilot project\napproved by the public health and health planning council, whereby such\nphysicians and dentists may receive fees for private professional\nservices rendered in accordance with section one hundred thirty of the\ngeneral municipal law in addition to the amount of remuneration fixed by\nthe respective county legislative bodies for regular services, shall be\nrequired to adopt rules and regulations to govern such fees. Such rules\nand regulations shall be subject to the approval of the public health\nand health planning council.\n
