§ 5-A — Definition of inhabitants for purpose of apportioning
§ 5-a. For the purpose of apportioning senate and assembly districts\npursuant to the foregoing provisions of this article, the term\n"inhabitants, excluding aliens" shall mean the whole number of persons.\n
