§ 2205. Facilities, equipment and supplies. All buildings, courtrooms,\noffices, furniture, equipment, supplies, seals, records, papers and\ndocuments, and all other facilities and possessions of the city court of\nthe city of New York and the municipal court of the city of New York, or\nin the custody of or allotted to said courts, on the effective date of\nthis act shall be vested in this court. This court shall continue to\noccupy and use the buildings, courtrooms and other facilities so\ntransferred until such time as other proper and adequate facilities are\nprovided, and the use to be made of such transferred facilities, and of\nany other facilities, shall be determined by the appellate division.\n
