§ 1611. Fees to the city of New York.
1.Every city marshal who serves\nin office for any portion of the calendar year shall pay an annual fee\nto the city of New York of fifteen hundred dollars.\n 2. Every city marshal shall, in addition to the fee required by\nsubdivision one, pay annually to the city of New York 4.50 percent of\nthe gross fees, including poundage, received by the marshal during the\npreceding calendar year.\n 3. The fees paid to the city of New York pursuant to this section\nshall be disbursed for the purposes of this article.\n
