§ 68. Adult-use cultivator license.

1.An adult-use cultivator's\nlicense shall authorize the acquisition, possession, distribution,\ncultivation and sale of cannabis from the licensed premises of the\nadult-use cultivator by such licensee to duly licensed processors in\nthis state. The board may establish regulations allowing licensed\nadult-use cultivators to perform certain types of minimal processing\nwithout the need for an adult-use processor license.\n 2. For purposes of this section, cultivation shall include, but not be\nlimited to, the agricultural production practices of planting, growing,\ncloning, harvesting, drying, curing, grading and trimming of cannabis.\n 3.
