* § 7. Corporations and persons required to procure licenses;\nprofessional boxer defined. Except as otherwise provided in sections 9\nand 9-a of this chapter, with respect to all boxing or sparring matches\nor exhibitions in this state, all corporations, persons, referees,\njudges, match-makers, timekeepers, corporation treasurers, box office\nemployees, ticket takers, doormen, ushers, professional boxers, their\nmanagers, trainers, seconds and announcers shall be licensed by the\ncommission, and no such corporation or person shall be permitted to\nparticipate, either directly or indirectly, in any boxing or sparring\nmatch or exhibition, or the holding thereof, or the operation of any\ntraining facility providing contact sparring maintained either\nexclusively or in part for the use of
