* § 28. Bond for purses, salaries and other expenses. In addition to\nthe bond required by section twenty-seven, each applicant for a license\nto conduct a boxing or sparring match or exhibition shall execute and\nfile with the comptroller a bond in an amount to be determined by the\ncommission to be approved as to form and sufficiency of sureties thereon\nby the comptroller, conditioned for and guaranteeing the payment of\nboxers' and wrestlers' purses, salaries of club employees licensed by\nthe commission, and the legitimate expenses of printing tickets and all\nadvertising material.\n * NB Repealed September 1, 2016\n
