§ 710. Place and time of meetings of the board.\n Meetings of the board, regular or special, may be held at any place\nwithin or without this state, unless otherwise provided by the\ncertificate of incorporation or the by-laws. The time and place for\nholding meetings of the board may be fixed by or under the by-laws, or,\nif not so fixed, by the board.\n
