§ 1532. Regulation of professions.\n (a) This article shall not repeal, modify or restrict any provision of\nthe education law or the judiciary law or any rules or regulations\nadopted thereunder regulating the professions referred to therein except\nto the extent in conflict herewith.\n (b) A foreign professional service corporation, other than a foreign\nprofessional service corporation authorized to practice law, shall be\nunder the supervision of the regents of the university of the state of\nNew York and be subject to disciplinary proceedings and penalties, and\nits authority to do business shall be subject to suspension, revocation\nor annulment for cause, in the same manner and to the same extent as is\nprovided with respect to individuals and their licenses, certificates,\nand re
