§ 1512. Corporate name.\n (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the name of a\nprofessional service corporation, including a design professional\nservice corporation, may contain any word which, at the time of\nincorporation, could be used in the name of a partnership practicing a\nprofession which the corporation is authorized to practice, and may not\ncontain any word which could not be used by such a partnership.\nProvided, however, the name of a professional service corporation may\nnot contain the name of a deceased person unless\n (1) such person's name was part of the corporate name at the time of\nsuch person's death; or\n (2) such person's name was part of the name of an existing partnership\nand at least two-thirds of such partnership's partners become\nshareholders
