§ 1529. Business corporation law applicable.\n Except for the provisions of sections thirteen hundred three, thirteen\nhundred four, thirteen hundred sixteen, thirteen hundred seventeen and\nthirteen hundred twenty, this chapter shall be applicable to a foreign\nprofessional service corporation to the extent that the provisions\nthereof are not in conflict with the provisions of this article.
