§ 1526. Rendering of professional service.\n (a) No foreign professional service corporation may render\nprofessional services in this state except through individuals\nauthorized by law to render such professional services as individuals in\nthis state.\n (b) Each final plan, drawing and report made or issued by a foreign\nprofessional service corporation practicing professional engineering,\narchitecture, landscape architecture, geology or land surveying shall\nbear the name and seal of one or more professional engineers,\narchitects, landscape architects, professional geologists or land\nsurveyors, respectively, who are in responsible charge of such plan or\nreport.\n (c) Each report, diagnosis, prognosis, and prescription made or issued\nby a foreign professional service corporation

Rendering of professional service.\n (a) No foreign professional service corporation may render\nprofessional services in this state except through individuals\nauthorized by law to render such professional services as individuals in\nthis state.\n (b) Each final plan, drawing and report made or issued by a foreign\nprofessional service corporation practicing professional engineering,\narchitecture, landscape architecture, geology or land surveying shall\nbear the name and seal of one or more professional engineers,\narchitects, landscape architects, professional geologists or land\nsurveyors, respectively, who are in responsible charge of such plan or\nreport.\n (c) Each report, diagnosis, prognosis, and prescription made or issued\nby a foreign professional service corporation practicing medicine,\ndentistry, podiatry, optometry, ophthalmic dispensing, veterinary\nmedicine, pharmacy, nursing, physiotherapy or chiropractic shall bear\nthe signature of one or more physicians, dentists, podiatrists,\noptometrists, ophthalmic dispensers, veterinarians, pharmacists, nurses,\nphysiotherapists, or chiropractors, respectively, who are in responsible\ncharge of such report, diagnosis, prognosis, or prescription.\n (d) Each record, transcript, report and hearing report prepared by a\nforeign professional service corporation practicing certified shorthand\nreporting shall bear the signature of one or more certified shorthand\nreporters who are in responsible charge of such record, transcript,\nreport, or hearing report.\n (e) Each report and statement prepared by a foreign professional\nservice corporation practicing public accounting or certified public\naccounting shall bear the signature of one or more public accountants or\ncertified public accountants, respectively, who are in responsible\ncharge of such report or statement.\n (f) Each opinion prepared by a foreign professional service\ncorporation practicing law shall bear the signature of one or more\nattorneys and counsellors-at-law who are in responsible charge of such\nopinion.\n (g) In addition to the requirements in paragraphs (b) through (f)\ninclusive herein, each document prepared by a foreign professional\nservice corporation which under the rules, regulations, laws or customs\nof the applicable profession is required to bear the signature of an\nindividual in responsible charge of such document, shall be signed by\none or more such individuals licensed to practice in this state.\n
