§ 1306. Powers of authorized foreign corporations.\n An authorized foreign corporation shall have such powers as are\npermitted by the laws of the jurisdiction of its incorporation but no\ngreater powers than those of a domestic corporation formed for the\nbusiness set forth in the application for authority.\n
