§ 104-A. Fees.\n Except as otherwise provided, the department of state shall collect\nthe following fees pursuant to this chapter:\n (a) For the reservation of a corporate name pursuant to section three\nhundred three of this chapter, twenty dollars.\n (b) For the resignation of a registered agent for service of process\npursuant to section three hundred five of this chapter, and for the\nresignation for receipt for process pursuant to section three hundred\nsix-A of this chapter, sixty dollars.\n (c) For service of process on the secretary of state pursuant to\nsection three hundred six, paragraph (e) of section three hundred six-A,\nor three hundred seven of this chapter, forty dollars.
