* § 739. License provisions and posting.

1.A license issued under\nthis article shall state the name and address of the licensee, and if\nthe licensee be a co-partnership or association, the names of the\nmembers thereof, and for a corporation, the date and place of its\nincorporation.\n 2. Such license shall be kept conspicuously posted on the mobile\napplication, website, or other consumer interface of the licensee, as\nwell as listed in the terms and conditions of any buy-now-pay-later loan\noffered or entered into by the licensee. The superintendent may provide\nby regulation an alternative form of notice of licensure.\n 3.
