§ 515. Preservation of records of investment company. Every investment\ncompany shall preserve all its records of final entry, including cards\nused under the card system and deposit tickets, for a period of at least\nsix years from the date of making the same or from the date of the last\nentry thereon; provided, however, that preservation of photographic\nreproduction thereof or records in photographic form shall constitute\ncompliance with the requirements of this section.\n
