§ 401 — Official communications to be submitted to directors and noted in minutes
§ 401. Official communications to be submitted to directors and noted\nin minutes. Every official communication, as defined in article two of\nthis chapter, shall be submitted, by the officer receiving it, to the\nboard of directors at the next meeting of such board and noted in the\nminutes.\n
