§ 380-a. Power to purchase mortgage, loan or investment. Subject to\nsuch regulations and restrictions as the superintendent of financial\nservices may prescribe therefor, an association may acquire by purchase\nany mortgage, loan or invetsment which by the provisions of this article\nit is authorized to make and hold.\n
