§ 372-b. Forged checks for cashing; signage. All licensees shall post\nin a conspicuously prominent place, clearly visible to all patrons, a\nstatement printed in plain language as provided by the superintendent\ninforming the public that cashing a forged check is illegal and that\nthose who knowingly cash forged checks will be prosecuted pursuant to\narticle one hundred seventy of the penal law.\n
