§ 328. Communications from department of financial services must be\nsubmitted to directors and noted in minutes. Every official\ncommunication as defined in article two of this chapter directed to a\nsafe deposit company or to any officer thereof shall be submitted, by\nthe officer receiving it, to the board of directors at the next meeting\nof such board, and duly noted in the minutes of the meetings of such\nboard.\n
