§ 260-a. Amendment of organization certificate and by-laws. Any\nproposed change in the organization certificate or the by-laws of any\nsavings bank shall be submitted to the superintendent and, upon the\nsuperintendent's written approval thereof, shall be posted in a\nconspicuous place in the office of the savings bank for thirty days.\nSuch proposed changes may thereafter be incorporated in the organization\ncertificate or the by-laws of the savings bank by being duly adopted by\nits trustees. A copy of such change shall be filed in the office of the\nsuperintendent within thirty days after such adoption.\n
