§ 191. Public accommodation offices authorized. A banking institution\nmay apply for the approval of the superintendent to establish, maintain\nand operate not more than one public accommodation office as an adjunct\nto its principal office, and not more than one public accommodation\noffice as an adjunct to each branch office now occupied by it or\nhereafter lawfully opened and occupied by it, provided, however, that no\npublic accommodation office may be established as an adjunct to any\nelectronic facility established pursuant to section one hundred five-a,\ntwo hundred forty-a or three hundred ninety-six-a of this chapter.\n
