§ 176. Reports required by superintendent; penalty for failure to\nmake. Within fifteen days after service upon any private banker of the\nnotice provided for by section thirty-seven of this chapter, he shall\nmake a written report to the superintendent of the financial condition\nof his business as a private banker, which report shall be in such form\nand shall contain such information as the superintendent of financial\nservices may prescribe. Such report shall be published by such private\nbanker in such manner as the superintendent of financial services may\nprescribe in a newspaper published in the place where the office of such\nprivate banker is located or if no newspaper is published there, in a\nnewspaper of general circulation in such place.\n Every private banker shall also
