§ 164. Change of location. Any private banker may make a written\napplication to the superintendent to change the location of his office\nto another place in the same city or village. The application shall\nstate the reason for such proposed change and shall be verified by such\nprivate banker, or if such private banker is a partnership, by a\nmajority of the members thereof, and shall be accompanied by an\ninvestigation fee as prescribed pursuant to section eighteen-a of this\nchapter. Such change may be made upon the written approval of the\nsuperintendent.\n
