§ 151. Organization of subsidiary trust companies. A subsidiary trust\ncompany shall be organized in accordance with the provisions of this\nchapter relating to the organization of trust companies. All of the\noutstanding voting stock of a subsidiary trust company shall be owned by\na bank holding company.\n
