§ 96-z-29-a. Mishandling and improper transportation of poultry\nproducts.
(1)No person, firm, association, partnership, or corporation\nengaged in carrying or transporting poultry products shall transport\nsuch poultry products except in an enclosed vehicle in such a manner as\nto assure delivery of the aforesaid products so that frozen products\nremain frozen and such other products do not rise above forty degrees\nFahrenheit, provided, however, that this section shall not apply to (a)\nhousehold consumers;
(b)retail dealers with respect to poultry products\nsold directly to consumers in retail stores;
(c)poultry products\nderived from either the slaughter by any person of poultry of his own\nraising, or the custom slaughter by another person of poultry delivered\nby the owner there
