§ 50-k. Rules and regulations. The commissioner shall from time to\ntime, after inquiry and public hearing, promulgate and adopt rules and\nregulations to supplement and give full effect to the provisions of\nsection fifty-e. Such rules and regulations shall establish sanitary\nregulations pertaining to the manufacture, packing and distribution of\nmelloream and vegetable oil blends, including the sanitary condition of\nbuildings, ground, and equipment where melloream and vegetable oil\nblends are manufactured and the sanitary condition of the ingredients\nand of the persons in direct physical contact with melloream and\nvegetable oil blends during manufacture. Such sanitary rules and\nregulations shall be equal to those established for dairy products.\n
