§ 37. Review by court. A decision by the commissioner rendered as\nprovided in the preceding section shall be subject to review in the\nmanner provided by article seventy-eight of the civil practice law and\nrules. The pleadings upon which such review proceeding is instituted\nshall be served upon the commissioner or upon an assistant commissioner,\npersonally, in the manner provided for the personal service of a summons\nin an action unless a different manner of service is provided in an\norder to show cause granted by the supreme court.\n
