§ 35 — Proceedings in court

§ 35. Proceedings in court. If it appear after an investigation or\nhearing conducted as herein provided that any person, association or\ncorporation is guilty of a violation of the provisions of this chapter\nor of any other act the enforcement of which is within the jurisdiction\nof the department, an action or proceeding may be instituted in a court\nof competent jurisdiction to recover a penalty for such violation or to\ncompel a compliance with such provisions, or prevent a continuance of\nsuch violations.\n
