§ 303-c. Consolidation of agricultural districts. Existing\nagricultural districts may be consolidated with an existing district\nundergoing review pursuant to and in the same manner prescribed for\ndistrict review in section three hundred three-a of this article. The\nnotice of public hearing required by subdivision two of section three\nhundred three-a of this article shall be given in writing by first class\nmail to those municipalities whose territories encompass the districts\nproposed to be consolidated; and to all persons, as listed on the most\nrecent assessment roll, whose land is the subject of a proposed\nconsolidation.
