§ 197-A — Weights and measures fees
§ 197-a. Weights and measures fees. Notwithstanding any other\nprovision of law to the contrary, the commissioner is hereby authorized\nand directed to deposit all money received in payment of fees under this\narticle in an account within the miscellaneous special revenue fund.\n
