§ 139-A — Tolerances
§ 139-a. Tolerances. On account of the unavoidable variations which\noccur between two analyses or tests and likewise between label\nstatements and the results of subsequent analyses and tests, recognized\ntolerances shall be employed in the enforcement of the provisions of\nthis article.\n
