§ 127-b. Functions of department. All the functions of the\nconservation department which affect the breeding, raising, producing,\nmarketing, or any other phase of the production or distribution, of\ndomestically raised mink and ranch fox, or products thereof, are hereby\ntransferred to and vested in the department of agriculture and markets.\n
