§ 701. Saving clauses.

1.Nothing herein shall be deemed to affect,\nimpair or supersede the provisions of any alternative or optional form\nof county government, administrative code, county government law, civil\ndivisions act, or any local law heretofore or hereafter adopted pursuant\nto any such optional or alternative form of county government, unless a\ncontrary intent is expressly provided in this chapter.\n 2. The optional county government law, in so far as the provisions of\nsuch law apply to and are in force in the county of Monroe or any other\ncounty at the time when the repeal of such law with respect to counties\ngenerally takes effect, shall continue in effect in such county unless\nand until repealed, amended, modified or superseded by or pursuant to\nthe provisions of s
