§ 502. Powers of commission. The county park and recreation commission\nshall, subject to such rules and regulations as the board of supervisors\nshall prescribe, have supervision, direction and control over the\noperation, maintenance and repair of all parks, playgrounds, athletic\nfields and recreation centers, including buildings, structures,\nequipment and appurtenances constructed or otherwise acquired by the\ncommission within the county outside cities.\n
