§ 400 — Department of purchase
§ 400. Department of purchase. The head of the department of purchase\nshall be the county purchasing agent. Nothing in this article contained\nshall be construed to impair the powers of the county purchasing agent\nin counties adopting the county administrator form of county government,\nand the county purchasing agent of any such county shall continue to\nhave and exercise the functions, powers and duties of his office as now\nor hereafter provided by the county law.\n
