§ 61.09. Use of school house by news media. The trustees or board of\neducation of any school district may permit, subject to terms and\nconditions satisfactory to such trustees or board, the admission of\npersons and equipment of any news medium to school grounds, school\nhouses, school buildings and other locations for the dissemination of\ninformation by print, broadcast, recording or other means, of athletic\nevents, concerts, lectures and similar activities taking place thereat\nof interest to the general public; provided that nothing herein\ncontained shall prevent the broadcasting or televising of any such\nevents or activities with or without commercial sponsorship.\n
