§ 60.01. Definitions. As used in this article, the following terms\nshall have the following meanings:\n 1. "Autographed" means bearing the actual signature of a sports\npersonality, signed by such individual's own hand.\n 2. "Collectible" means an autographed sports item including, but not\nlimited to, a photograph, book, ticket, plaque, sports program, trading\ncard, item of sports equipment or clothing, or other sports memorabilia\nsold or offered for sale in or from this state by a dealer to a consumer\nfor twenty-five dollars or more.\n 3. "Consumer" means any natural person who purchases an autographed\nsports collectible from a dealer for personal, family or household\npurposes.\n 4.
