  § 3.09. Assistance of other agencies. To effectuate the purposes of\nthis article, the council on the arts may request from any department,\nboard, bureau, commission or other agency of the state, and the same are\nauthorized to provide, such assistance, services and data as will enable\nthe council properly to carry out its powers and duties hereunder.\n
