§ 602. Payment of abandoned property.
1.In such succeeding month of\nApril, and on or before the tenth day thereof, every county treasurer\nand the commissioner of finance of the city of New York shall pay or\ndeliver to the state comptroller all abandoned property specified in\nparagraph (a) of subdivision one of section six hundred, which was so\nabandoned as of the first day of January next preceding.\n 2. Within thirty days after a decree as provided by section two\nthousand two hundred twenty-two of the surrogate's court procedure act,\nthe executor, administrator, guardian or testamentary trustee shall pay\nor deliver to the state comptroller all abandoned property specified in\nparagraph (b) of subdivision one of section six hundred.\n 4.
