§ 1409 — Payment for publication

§ 1409. Payment for publication. Any amount paid by a person to a\nnewspaper or newspapers for any publication of names as required by this\nchapter shall be charged pro rata against all abandoned property held or\nowing by such person at the time of such publication, except abandoned\nproperty of individual amounts of less than fifty dollars.\n
