§ 1204. Respondents. There shall be named as respondents:\n (a) All last known owners or claimants as disclosed by the records of\nsuch court, provided however that if (1) the particular fund does not\nexceed five hundred dollars, or (2) such last known owners or claimants,\nwith respect to a particular fund, exceed ten in number, or (3) the\nrecords of such court fail to disclose the number of owners or claimants\nwith respect to a particular fund with a reasonable degree of certainty,\nthey may be designated and described as a class, to wit, as "last known\nowners or claimants to the fund or property deposited to the credit of\nthe following entitled actions or proceedings in the United States\nDistrict Court for the ..............
