§ 91. Industrial alcohol permit.

1.An industrial alcohol permit may\nbe issued by the liquor authority entitling the applicant to purchase\nalcohol intended for use in the manufacture and sale of any of the\nfollowing, when they are unfit for beverage purposes, namely:\n (a) Denatured alcohol purchased and used pursuant to acts of Congress\nand regulations promulgated thereunder.\n (b) Patent, proprietary, medicinal, pharmaceutical, antiseptic and\ntoilet preparations.\n (c) Flavoring extracts, syrups and food products.\n (d) Scientific, chemical, mechanical and industrial products.\n 2. Such permit shall be in such form as prescribed by the rules of the\nliquor authority and shall permit the purchaser to use said alcohol for\nthe purpose named in such permit and in accordance with
